Our fees may vary according to our assessment of the risks of underwriting your claim.

Typically our fees range from between 15% and 25% of any amount recovered on your behalf either by way of a settlement or a court order.

Our fees will be discounted if your matter settles early.


 Some of the factors that we consider in deciding whether to fund your case and then what our fees will be include the:
  • amount of your claim
  • type of claim
  • strength of your claim
  • expected legal costs
  • expected time until your case might be resolved
  • complexity of your claim
  • likelihood of recovery against the defendant if the claim is successful.
