Legal bills
Litigation can take many months or even years. We will pay all legal bills submitted by your lawyer throughout the case. We also cover incidental expenses incurred by your lawyer on your behalf, such as court filing fees or investigation costs.
Costs for the other side
Without a funding agreement in place, if you lose your case you will most likely be ordered to pay the legal costs of the other side’s lawyers. This will be in addition to your own legal bill for your lawyers. If required we can provide an indemnity against any adverse costs order. | | Security for costs
In many cases a court will ask that you deposit into court a sum of money as security for the legal costs of the other side. Security for costs orders can involve large sums of money.
