| Settlement Offers – Who decides? You decide whether to accept a settlement offer. If we disagree with your decision we may ask that a senior counsel’s opinion be sought. That opinion will be binding on both you and us. “Cooling off” period After signing a litigation funding agreement with us, you have a 7 day “cooling off” period should you change your mind. | Giving evidence You may be required to give evidence if your case goes to trial and to produce documents.
