Quantum involves a coming together of the legal and business communities.  Our board and investor base are successful business people who understand the challenges facing small and medium sized businesses.

Collectively our board has over 80 years of business experience between them. This experience helps us tailor our services to best meet the needs of the SME community.

Our Managing Director, Greg Tilse, is a lawyer who commenced his career in commercial litigation in a top tier legal firm over 17 years ago. Most recently Greg has been working for the Department of Justice in Victoria managing the Attorney-General’s Gateways to Justice Project – a project aimed at improving access to justice in Victoria.

At Quantum we believe in the importance of access to justice. Litigation funding is a private sector response to the problems many individuals and businesses face in accessing the justice system. It also plays an important role in assisting insolvency practitioners pursue genuine claims on behalf of creditors.

Litigation funding has the potential to form an important part of the access to justice landscape.
